Sales for Fashion Jewelry Brand (SoHo)
A growing fashion jewelry brand seeks ambitious, personable and organized Sales Associate for an Account Executive to help research, and manage our sales and grow our brand.
We have been designing and creating original handmade jewelry in our New York studio since 2009. We sell to fashionable boutiques, specialty shops, and fine retailers all around the world, including Amazon, Anthropologie, Free People, Nasty Gal, Catbird, and the W Hotels International. We have a wonderful team of creative and ambitious individuals and are looking for the right person to join us!
Researching and analyzing the current client lists
Reaching out to existing clients
Acquire new accounts
Paperwork involving reorders and follow-ups
Sending catalogues and linesheets to buyers
Customer service on the phone
Assist with appointments
+ Knowledge of branding and marketing a plus.
+ Poised, professional, and personable demeanor as you will be assisting an ambassador for our brand.
+ Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to communicate with clients and associates.
+ Strong computer skills, proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs, and knowledge or ability to learn QuickBooks.
+ Knowledge of other languages(Korean or Japanese)is a major plus.
